Q: How do does you item classification work?
A: Our items condtion have a classification from 0 to 10, never expectet an item with less than 5, and 95% of our items are 10/10, since they are new and unplayed. If for some reason the item is not in perfect state, it will classified bellow 10. We only deal with new / unplayed material independent of its age (1 year – 20 years)

Q: Do you have a record shop I can visit?
A: You can visit our eBay shop here, since we have thousands of items and every week we are inserting new ones.

Q: Can you send me an MP3 sample file of the item?
A: At the moment we do not provide this type of feature.

Q: How do i know that Is this a 12” or a CD?
A: Please see the item category/format, we keep this info always accurate.

Q: What happens if I receive a defected or damaged record?
A: Any defected or damaged records will be replaced or refunded, feel free to reach if something like this happens.
